  1. Maryland Safe Boating Course held May 13 & May 15

    May 13, 2019, 6:00 PM - May 15, 2019, 10:00 PM @ "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center at Truxtun Park (PMRC)

    This eight-hour course and test satisfies Maryland law for local people to operate any motorized boat in Maryland waters. The course covers legal requirements, navigation rules, preparation and trailers, accidents, weather and water conditions, water sports, sailing and personal watercraft. Led by trained professionals and DNR, this course is for ages 10+. Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Held in PMRC Meeting Room 1.
