  2. GreenScape "Make a Difference Day"

    GreenScape is a city and community partnership investment of beautification, clean-up, and planting in public spaces throughout the City of Annapolis. GreenScape takes place each spring with additional endeavors in the fall during the national Make a Difference Day, a national effort encouraging groups and individuals to volunteer in their community to improve the lives of others. Annapolis Recreation and Parks invites the community to participate in “Make a Difference Day” 2018 by volunteering for the City’s fall GreenScape project on Saturday, October 27. “Make a Difference Day” is a national effort encouraging groups and individuals to volunteer in their community to improve the lives of others. New this year, we are participating in the Journey North Tulip Test Garden. You can help scientists track season and climate changes around the world. When your tulips emerge and bloom, you will announce the arrival of spring in Annapolis.
