Jamie Costello, co-anchor for ABC2 News in Baltimore, will interview the team’s coach as well as many other guests whose stories and work support cancer survivors. The legendary Brooks Robinson will be on hand to greet fans and sign posters for contributors (the event is also a fundraiser using gofundme.com). A face painting tent is planned for children. Music and even drone camera coverage of the paddlers is scheduled. The event will finish with a celebratory spray from the Annapolis Fire Boat, and a medal ceremony on the dock.
