NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

SIDEWALK AND CURB REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office, First Floor, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand dollars ($200,000).
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of sidewalks, incidental curb removal, replacement and adjustment to granite curbs, and related site improvement on various streets within the City of Annapolis.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, August 25, 2022,via google meets. A link will be provided an hour before the pre-bid meeting. All whom intend to attend the virtual pre-bid conference must complete the attached Pre-Bid Registration Form located in Volume 3 of this IFB.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
