OFFICE SPACE PLANNING AND

DESIGN SERVICES


            The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed proposals for

design services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Monday, June 13, 2022. Proposals must be

submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis,

Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

             The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to, providing professional

design services for the expansion of downtown office space to better accommodate current and

future staffing needs for mission critical departments.

            Interested parties must register to attend a virtual pre-Proposal meeting on Tuesday,

May 10, 2022 at 2 PM, local time, via Google Meets.

            Proposal packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office via email to

            The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive

informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the

best interest of the City.
