REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - R. F. P. 22-18
PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES
CITY OF ANNAPOLIS FINANCE DEPARTMENT
The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for
audit services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, May 5, 2022. Proposals shall be submitted
to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland
21401. Late Proposals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing audit services of the City of
Annapolis’ financial statements for fiscal year 2022 and other services, as requested.
Interested parties must register to attend a virtual pre-Proposal meeting on Tuesday,
April 12, 2022 at 10 AM, local time, via Google Meets.
Proposal packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office via email to

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive
informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the
best interest of the City.
