CEDAR PARK SIDEWALK CONNECTION DESIGN

DESIGN SERVICES

              The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed proposals for

design services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, May 5, 2022. Proposals must be

submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis,

Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

            The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to, providing a design for a

new permanent five-foot sidewalk, curb, and gutter connecting Windell Avenue to 1719 Cedar

Park Road.

           Interested parties are invited to attend an in-person pre-proposal conference at 10:00

a.m., Thursday, April 14, 2022 at the site location, Cedar Park Pump Station located at 31

Bristol Drive (Intersection of Cedar Park Road and Bristol Drive) in Annapolis, MD.

          Proposal packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office via email to

          The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive

informalities and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
