INVITATION FOR BIDS - I. F. B. 22-25
HANDRAIL REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
GOTTS COURT GARAGE
The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction services until 2:00 P. M., local time, March 23, 2022. Bids shall be opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office located at 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland, 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to furnish and install replacement handrails, prepare and paint existing handrails and related site improvements to the Gotts Court Parking Garage.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the Gotts Court Parking Facility, Stairwell #2 (near Calvert Street entrance) in downtown Annapolis.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
