REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - R. F. P. 21-17
STANTON COMMUNITY CENTER RENOVATION
DESIGN SERVICES
The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed proposals for
design services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, May 6, 2021. Proposals must be submitted
to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland
21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to, providing professional
design services for ADA and MEP upgrades, including various building improvements at the
Stanton Community Center.
Interested parties are invited to attend an in-person pre-proposal conference at 10:00
a.m., Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Stanton Center, 92 West Washington Street in downtown
Annapolis. COVID 19 protocol will be enforced for attendees.
The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities
and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
