INVITATION FOR BIDS NO. 19-26

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

DORSEY AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

            The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, June 4, 2019. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.

            The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, installation of storm water pavers system, new water lines, upgraded water meters, full rebuild of Dorsey Avenue road, new curbs,

and related incidental site work on Dorsey Avenue from Kirby Lane to the end of Dorsey Avenue.

            Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the construction site located at the intersection of Dorsey Avenue and Kirby Lane in Annapolis.

            The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
