COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

ON-CALL CONSULTANT SERVICES

 

            The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for comprehensive plan update consulting services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, January 3, 2019. SOQ’s  shall be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.  Late Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, services for land use planning and design; design and graphic support; data and demographic analysis; GIS support; engineering assessment and infrastructure management analysis and Public health policy expertise to assist City staff in the production of a comprehensive plan, per the Maryland Land Use Article regulations.  This plan shall update the existing comprehensive plan and focus on how to plan a healthy community.

 

            Proposal packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office via email to , or fax request to 410-263-8120.

 

            The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
