DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES

TRUXTUN PARK SWIMMING POOL REPLACEMENT

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) for Design-Build services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, September 19, 2018. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, design and construction of a new outdoor swimming pool facility for the City of Annapolis Department of Parks and Recreation.

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 31, 2018 at the Truxtun Park Pool located at 251 Pump House Road in Annapolis.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive informalities and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
