    COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for a comprehensive plan update until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, October 4, 2018. Proposals shall be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, land use planning and design services to produce a comprehensive plan, per the Maryland Land Use Article regulations. This plan shall update the existing comprehensive plan and focus on how to plan a healthy community.

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 30, 2018 in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 160 Duke of Gloucester Street in downtown Annapolis.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
