COLLEGE CREEK STORMWATER MAINTENANCE
The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction
services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, April 20, 2023. Bids shall be publicly opened and
read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office located at 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor,
Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of
Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder
must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of
the total bid price.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited, furnishing labor, equipment and supervision to
conduct maintenance on the College Creek Storm water Wetland in accordance with the plans
and specifications provided.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March
29, 2023 at 10:00am. For parking purposes the closest address is 731 Rosedale Street

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to
select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
