 EASTPORT & FOREST DRIVE FIRE STATIONS (BUNKROOM) SHOWER/RESTROOM

 RENOVATION DESIGN

         The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed proposals for engineering design services to design and prepare construction documents and a cost estimate for areas within the Eastport Fire Station & Forest Drive Fire Station located in Annapolis, MD until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, April 13, 2023. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

        The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to, preparing schematic designs and design documents for bidding the renovations of (Bunkroom) Shower/Restroom at Eastport Fire Station and Forest Drive Fire Station, located at 914 Bay Ridge Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21403 and 1790 Forest Drive, Annapolis, MD 21403, respectively. 

       Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-proposal conference at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, March 16, 2023 via google meets. Interested parties must complete the Pre-Proposal Meeting Registration Form in order to receive the link to the meeting. The link will be sent out the day of the virtual meeting.

      The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
