HAWKINS COVE LIVING SHORELINE

LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES – PHASE 1

           The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed proposals for

engineering design services to design and prepare construction documents, cost estimate, and

provide construction support for a living shoreline in Hawkins Cove located near the Annapolis

Housing Authority in the Eastport area of Annapolis until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, February

28, 2023. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester

Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted under any

circumstances.

           The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to, preparing a watershed

implementation plan, site assessment, and concept plan for the Hawkins Cove living shoreline.

           Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference at 11:00 a.m., Thursday,

February 2, 2023 at the Annapolis Housing Authority, 1217 Madison Street, front parking lot.

           Proposal packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office at the address

noted above, via email to or fax request to 410-263-8120.

           The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities

and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
