DESIGN/BUILD CONTRACTOR FOR ANNAPOLIS WTP WELLHOUSE

IMPROVEMENTS

            The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Statements

of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Electrical and/or General Contractors and Civil and/or

Electrical Engineering firms for the design and installation of various wellhouse improvements

at the Annapolis Water Treatment Plant until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, January

12, 2022. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of

Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted

under any circumstances.

           Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference at 2:00 p.m.,

Thursday, December 15, 2022 at the City of Annapolis WTP located at 260 Defense

Highway. A site visit will be conducted immediately after the pre-proposal meeting.

           RFQ packages may be obtained from the Central Purchasing Office via email to

           The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, to waive

informalities and to short list firms deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
