 LAND AND INFRASTRUCTURE VALUATION STUDY

        The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed proposals for economic analysis services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, or electronically at . Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

          The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to, providing economic analysis of land and infrastructure within the city of Annapolis.

       Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-proposal conference at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 6, 2022, via Google Meet. Please complete the attached Virtual Pre-Bid Registration Form to attend.

       The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
