2. This form is used to provide public comments to the City Council on meeting agenda items
   The City encourages residents to provide public comment regarding City Council business. During the Covid-19 State of Emergency, the Council will be meeting virtually and not in-person in City Council Chambers. Therefore, we are offering residents the ability to provide public comment in writing through an online form with the option to dial-in and present audio-only testimony live during the meeting. Public comments may be submitted via the online form prior to any City Council or Standing Committee meeting. For those who have elected to also present live during the meeting, you will be contacted with the log-in credentials for that meeting. These credentials are unique and may not be shared. The comment period ends four hours before the start of any meeting. Please note that only those who have elected to also deliver live testimony by clicking the “I want to deliver live testimony” box will be sent the log-in credentials. Comments left after the cutoff period will not be included in the meeting. The public is welcome to attend by watching any of the virtual council meetings live on City of Annapolis TV, Facebook and YouTube. Written-only testimony may also be mailed or delivered to the Annapolis City Clerk, 160 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis MD 21401.
