How can I get on the City's bid list?: There is no formal application to be submitted, however, a letter of interest stating the services and/or products you provide will suffice. Product line cards, company brochures, and other valuable information can be attached to your letter of interest. These letters are retained on file and are reviewed at the time of any applicable bid.

2. How do I know when the City is putting out a bid for products or services?: We maintain an up-to-date listing of current Request For Proposals (RFP) or Invitation For Bid (IFB). The City also advertises in The Capital newspaper. Construction projects are generally available at Dodge Reports and Construction Journal plan rooms. View a listing of open bids.
