Theft from Vehicle – 201900004848 – 1000-1099 President St – 09/29 to 09/30: A wallet was stolen from a vehicle.


 
Family Movie Night
The Greater Parole Community Association, Annapolis Police Department and City of Annapolis Arts in Public Places Commission is hosting a free movie night on Tuesday, 10/01, at 7pm on Croll Drive in the Annapolis Gardens community. Watch Hotel Transylvania 3 at Annapolis Gardens.


 
Coffee with a Cop
Join us at Starbucks at 1901 West St on 10/02 from 1pm to 3pm for National Coffee with a Cop Day. Drop in any time during the two hours officers will be at Starbucks. Come with questions or just say hi.


 
La Cultura Cura
Tyler Heights Elementary, located at 200 Janwall St, is hosting an event on 10/08 at 6:30pm. This event is open to the public and will be held in English and Spanish. Mario Ozuna-Sanchez will focus on culture and family and present recommendations on how to better connect with your children and strengthen the family. Annapolis Police Department's Latino Liaison, Joe Hudson, will answer questions about services and issues in the community. Submitting Anonymous Tips to Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland


Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland is an organization separate from the Annapolis Police Department. When you phone in or submit your Annapolis crime tip online or through the P3 Tips smartphone app Metro Crime Stoppers receives your tip anonymously and only forwards your tip information to the Annapolis Police Department. No identifying information is ever forwarded to us. Metro Crime Stoppers uses a special coding system to protect your identity, they do not use Caller ID or record telephone conversations. If your tip leads to the arrest or indictment of a person for a felony you could qualify for up to a $2,000 cash reward from Metro Crime Stoppers. You can submit a tip by calling 1-866-7LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587), visiting www.metrocrimestoppers.org, or through the P3 Tips smartphone app. The app can be found in the Apple or Android app stores by searching for P3 Tips. You can also call a tip into us directly at 410-280-CLUE (2583).

Watch Your Car Program:  The Watch Your Car Program helps prevent vehicle theft.  A small sticker will be placed on your rear window.  This sticker alerts officers nationwide that your vehicle is not normally driven during the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.  The vehicle may be stopped to verify ownership.  For more information about the program contact us at police@annapolis.gov.
