Prevent Vehicle Thefts & Thefts from Your Vehicle
There have been four vehicle thefts reported since 04/29. All four vehicles were left unlocked with keys inside. Officers recovered three of the vehicles the same days they were reported stolen. Arrests were made in two of the cases.

You can greatly reduce the chances your vehicle will become a target. Lock your doors.

REMOVE ANY SPARE VEHICLE KEYS FROM INSIDE YOUR VEHICLES. Stow your electronics and accessories well out of sight-or better yet, bring it with you. Even sunglasses and coins can attract thieves. Report suspicious activity to the Annapolis Police Department immediately, CALL 410-268-4141 or 9-1-1.
