Theft from Vehicle – 201900000786 – 600-699 Taylor Av – 02/06 from 10:30am to 10:45am: Sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Theft from Vehicle – 201900000802 – 00-99 Dean St – 02/14 from 4:30am to 7:30am: A wallet was stolen from an apparently unlocked vehicle.
Theft from Vehicle – 201900000812 – 800-899 Cedar Park Rd – 02/13 at 8pm to 02/14 at 5am: A light blue LL Bean satchel was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Theft of Bicycle – 201900000814 – 400-499 Second St – 02/13 at 10:30pm to 02/14 at 3am: An unsecured brown men’s Breezer Downtown bicycle was stolen from the front porch of a home. The bicycle has black tape on the left handlebar grip and white tires.

Homes at the Glen, Riders Glen, Woodside Gardens, Newtowne 20, Village Greens, and Berkshire Annapolis residents, Newtowne neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend the Newtowne Working Together meeting on Thursday, 02/21, at 6:30pm at the American Legion, 1707 Forest Dr. Everyone is welcome.
Citizen Police Academy
The purpose of the Citizen Police Academy is to educate residents about their local police department. The Academy will start Monday, April 15 and meet from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on April 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, June 3, 10, 17 and 24 at Annapolis Police Department, 199 Taylor Avenue. Administrative Hearing Board – Public Viewing
The Annapolis Police Department will be conducting an Administrative Hearing Board at the request of the police officer who disputes the outcome of an Internal Affairs Investigation. In accordance with Annotated Code of Maryland, Public Safety Article, Section 3-107 (e)(1)(ii), “the hearing shall be open to the public, unless the Chief finds a hearing must be closed for good cause, including to protect a confidential informant, an undercover officer, or a child witness.” If you plan to watch the live feed of the hearing board, please come to the Annapolis Police Department at 199 Taylor Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21401 by 9 a.m. on February 21 and, if needed, February 22. Individuals attending an Administrative Hearing Board must act in a respectful manner. Audio and video recordings are not permitted during an Administrative Hearing Board.
