In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 104 calls for service and arrested 11 people.
Robbery – 201900000661 – 1700-1799 Margaret Av – 02/05 at 7:30am: The adult male victim reported that he had just arrived at work and was unloading his tool bag when he was approached by a man he didn’t know. The man was later identified as John Logan III, 41, of Glen Burnie. Logan punched the victim in the head and picked up the victim’s tool bag. Logan threatened to strike the victim with a power tool from the tool bag and threatened to kill the victim if he called the police. Logan left the area on foot and officers located him and the victim’s tool bag in the 1700 block of Virginia St. Logan was arrested and charged with robbery, first and second degree assault, theft and attempting to inhibit testimony. He is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond.
Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, 02/12, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Community service hours are available for HACA residents.
