UPDATE: Joseph Blue was located safe and unharmed on January 18th.
Missing Adult: Joseph Blue, Caucasian Male, 25yo, 6’02”, 200 lbs. Joseph was last seen in the 600 block of Americana Drive on 01/11 at 7 p.m.. There are factors which make Joseph Blue a critically missing person.
Missing from the 600 block of Americana Drive. Joseph may be driving an orange 2019 VW Jetta with VA reg. UWF2115.
