January 23 – Neighborhood Safety Meeting – 199 Taylor Av
In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 156 calls for service and arrested 8 people.
UPDATE LOCATED Stolen Vehicle – 201900000275 – 00-99 Dean St – 01/14 from 10:30am to 10:50am: A black 2010 Honda CRV SUV, MD reg. 2AT9593, was stolen. UPDATE – On 01/15 officers located this vehicle. The vehicle was not stolen.
Missing Person – 201900000305 – 600-699 Americana Dr – 01/15 at 4:23pm: Joseph Blue, 25, of Annapolis was reported missing. Family members are concerned for Mr. Blue’s welfare. There are factors which make Mr. Blue critically missing. Mr. Blue was last seen on 01/11 at 7pm in the 600 block of Americana Dr. Mr. Blue is a Caucasian male, 6’2”, 200 lbs and may be driving a burnt orange 2019 VW Jetta, VA reg. UWF2115. Neighborhood Safety Meeting
The next Neighborhood Safety meeting will be held, Wednesday, 01/23, from 6:30pm to 8pm at Annapolis Police Headquarters, 199 Taylor Avenue. Captain Aaron Edwards from the Annapolis Fire Department will give a short presentation on the new Your Life Matters Project. The focus of this new project is training community members how to save lives by recognizing an overdose and learning how to administer Narcan and perform hands only CPR. Anyone is welcome to attend this meeting. As always we will be going over the current crime trends in Annapolis.
