In the last 48 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 206 calls for service and arrested 4 people.
Burglary – 201900000006 – 00-99 Johnson Pl – 12/31 at 8:30pm to 01/01 at 3am: Jewelry and money were stolen from the home. There were no signs of forced entry.
Theft from Vehicle – 201900000013 – 700-799 Crisfield Way – 12/31 at 12pm to 01/01 at 11:30am: A wallet was stolen from an apparently unlocked vehicle.
Food Drive for Local Schools & Community Centers
The Annapolis Police Department will be accepting donations of food to help stock Annapolis food pantries at schools and community centers from 12/05 to 01/01. We need peanut butter, jelly, canned chili, canned chicken, canned, tuna, boxed macaroni and cheese or cups, pasta, individual cereal boxes, oatmeal packets, fruit/applesauce cups and canned ravioli. Please check expiration dates, expired food will not be accepted. You can drop off donations any time at the police department at 199 Taylor Avenue.
Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, 01/15, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Community service hours are available for HACA residents.
