In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 111 calls for service and arrested 3 people.
Theft from Vehicle – 201800004270 – 900-999 President St – 10/07 at 8:30pm to 10/08 at 9am: Money and sunglasses were stolen from an apparently unlocked vehicle.
Burglary – 201800004271 – 900-999 Bay Ridge Rd – 10/07 at 11pm to 10/08 at 9:50am: A business was entered and money, makeup and electronics were stolen. Also, multiple items inside the business were destroyed including a smashed countertop, broken television screens and cabinets, ripped furniture and spray paint on walls, cabinets and appliances. There were no signs of forced entry to the business.
Stolen Vehicle – 201800004278 – 1100-1199 Madison St – 10/07 at 10am to 10/08 at 12:30pm: A silver 1997 Lincoln Town Car, MD reg. 7830Z8, was stolen.
Theft of Bicycle – 201800004281 – West St at Park Place – 10/08 from 10:30am to 3:50pm: A large black bicycle was stolen. The bicycle had been left locked to a tree.
Neighborhood Safety Meeting
The next Neighborhood Safety meeting will be held, Wednesday, 10/10, from 6:30pm to 8pm at Annapolis Police Headquarters, 199 Taylor Avenue. Officer Sullivan will give a short presentation on mass shootings. This is a preview of a longer seminar that Officer Sullivan can present to groups upon request. Anyone is welcome to attend this meeting. As always we will be going over the current crime trends in Annapolis. Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, 10/16, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Community service hours are available for HACA residents.
