In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 115 calls for service and arrested 3 people.
Robbery – 201800004205 – 900-999 Edgewood Rd – 10/04 at 11:55am: The adult female victim reported that her estranged husband, Greg Green, 33, of Baltimore, confronted her as she was arriving at work, punching her several times, pushing her to the ground, kicking her and then grabbing her purse and fleeing. Officers located Green and he was arrested and charged with robbery and assault. Green is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond.
Armed Robbery – 201800004215 – 100-199 Old Solomons Island Rd – 10/04 at 9:30pm: An adult female employee to the business was outside when she was approached by a male suspect wearing a mask and holding a gun. The suspect demanded money and took the employee inside the business. Two other employees and a customer were inside the business and were confronted by the suspect. The suspect continued to demand money and struck two of the employees in the head with the gun. The suspect took money and fled the area.

No citizen fingerprinting will be offered Monday, 10/08. Citizen fingerprinting will resume Monday, 10/15, at 6:30pm.
Neighborhood Safety Meeting
The next Neighborhood Safety meeting will be held, Wednesday, 10/10, from 6:30pm to 8pm at Annapolis Police Headquarters, 199 Taylor Avenue. Officer Sullivan will give a short presentation on mass shootings. This is a preview of a longer seminar that Officer Sullivan can present to groups upon request. Anyone is welcome to attend this meeting. As always we will be going over the current crime trends in Annapolis. Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, 10/16, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Community service hours are available for HACA residents.
