In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 114 calls for service and arrested 3 people.
Burglary – 201800003981 – 1100-1199 Tyler Av – 09/20 from 9am to 1:50pm: The rear door to the home was forced open and money and a yellow piggy bank were stolen.
Theft of Bicycles – 201800003968 – 500-599 President St – 09/19 from 10am to 4pm: A black and white Trek MT 200 bicycle and a black and red Trek MT 220 bicycle were stolen from the side of home.
Theft of Kayak – 201800003985 – 00-99 Revell St – 09/13 at 11am to 09/20 at 4pm: A red with yellow stripes Zydeco kayak was stolen when it was left tied to a pole near the water.
Coffee with a Cop
Join us for the next Coffee with a Cop, Wednesday, 09/26, from 12pm to 1pm at the Annapolis Library at Monarch Academy located at 2000 Capital Dr. Drop in anytime during the hour officers will be at the library. The officers are there to say hi and answer questions. We will also be celebrating National Coffee with a Cop Day on Wednesday, 10/03. Officers will be at Starbucks at 122 Main St and Starbucks at 951 Bay Ridge Rd from 9am to 11am.
Neighborhood Safety Meeting
The next Neighborhood Safety meeting will be held, Wednesday, 10/10, from 6:30pm to 8pm at Annapolis Police Headquarters, 199 Taylor Avenue. Anyone is welcome to attend this meeting. As always we will be going over the current crime trends in Annapolis. Food will be served so please RSVP to Sergeant Amy Miguez at 410-268-9000 ext. 7261 or amiguez@annapolis.gov.
Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, 10/16, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Community service hours are available for HACA residents.
