The plastic grocery bag Ojeda Urban dropped before he ran from officers had property traceable to two residents, one on Catlyn Pl and one in the 200 block of South Cherry Grove Av. Ojeda Urban is prohibited from possessing a handgun because he was adjudicated delinquent.
