At approximately 5:52 PM multiple 911 calls were received reporting a dwelling fire in the Unit Block of Gentry Court. Arriving Annapolis Fire Department units encountered a two story, middle of the row town home with smoke evident. Annapolis Fire Department units, along with mutual aid units from the Anne Arundel County Fire Department made an interior attack on the second floor and attic fire. It took 30 minutes to place the fire under control. No fire department or civilian injuries are reported. Occupants were displaced by the fire and will be staying with family members.
A total of 16 units responded on the incident with a total staffing of 36 fire personnel.
