Attempted Burglary – 201800001854 – 1200 block of McKinley St – 05/16 to 05/17: A window to the home and a door to a shed were damaged in an attempt to enter the home and shed. No entry was made into the home or shed and nothing was stolen.
Kids to Parks Day
Annapolis Recreation and Parks is taking part in the 8th annual National Park Trust Kids to Parks Day on May 19 from 9am to 5pm at various locations in Truxtun Park. This is a free event. Run for the Dogs in Blue 5K Run and Walk
Chesapeake K-9 Fund is holding its second annual 5K run and walk to support local law enforcement K-9 units, including the one here at the Annapolis Police Department. Annapolis Traffic Delays Expected May 22, 23, and 25
Traffic congestion is expected in Annapolis on Tuesday, May 22, Wednesday, May 23, and Friday, May 25 due to the Blue Angels flight demonstration and the U.S. Naval Academy graduation ceremony. Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, May 29, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Join us to learn more about the upcoming community dinner and peace march. Community service hours are available for HACA residents.
Active Assailant Panel Discussion
Leadership Anne Arundel and Anne Arundel Community College are presenting an Active Assailant Panel Discussion on May 30, from 7pm to 9pm at Anne Arundel Community College, 101 College Parkway, Arnold, MD – Thomas E. Florestano Building, Room 101. Use the west campus entrance and park in lot E. This is a free event to gain information, understand situations, and ask questions.
