April 3 - Eastport Working Together – 1014 President St

In the last 96 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 338 calls for service and arrested 6 people.

Burglary – 201800001191 – Unit block of Bens Dr – 03/29 from 11:30am to 5pm: The home was entered through an unlocked door and a black toy poodle was stolen.

Theft of Package – 201800001214 – Unit block of Marcs Ct – 03/13: A package containing two memory foam mattresses was stolen after it was delivered.

Theft from Vehicle – 201800001220, 1221, and 1223 – Unit block of Windwhisper La – 03/31 at 6pm to 04/01 at 8am: Six unlocked vehicles parked in the area were entered overnight. Money was stolen from one of the vehicles.

Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, April 3, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Community service hours are available for HACA residents.

Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland

Submitting Anonymous Tips to Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland

Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland is an organization separate from the Annapolis Police Department. When you phone in or submit your Annapolis crime tip online or through the P3 Tips smartphone app Metro Crime Stoppers receives your tip anonymously and only forwards your tip information to the Annapolis Police Department. No identifying information is ever forwarded to us. Metro Crime Stoppers uses a special coding system to protect your identity, they do not use Caller ID or record telephone conversations. If your tip leads to the arrest or indictment of a person for a felony you could qualify for up to a $2,000 cash reward from Metro Crime Stoppers. You can submit a tip by calling 1-866-7LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587), visiting www.metrocrimestoppers.org, or through the P3 Tips smartphone app. The app can be found in the Apple or Android app stores by searching for P3 Tips.

Watch Your Car Program: The Watch Your Car Program helps prevent vehicle theft. A small sticker will be placed on your rear window. This sticker alerts officers nationwide that your vehicle is not normally driven during the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. The vehicle may be stopped to verify ownership.
