March 20 - Eastport Working Together – 1014 President St
In the last 72 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 331 calls for service and arrested 17 people.
Theft from Vehicle – 201800001001 – Unit block of Melrob Ct – 03/16 at 5pm to 03/17 at 7am: Two black and red Tanaka racing seats with four point harnesses were stolen from a vehicle.
Shooting – 20180001003 – 1100 block of Frederick Douglass St – 03/17 at 11:22am: Officers responded to the area for reports of shots fired. While they were responding they were notified that there was a subject shot in the 1000 block of President St. Officers located the victim, an 18 year old male from Annapolis. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment and later released. Detectives are actively investigating this incident. Bicycle Theft – 201800001023 – 1000 block of Boucher Av – 03/18 from 8:45am to 4pm: A light blue Schwinn hybrid bicycle was stolen from the side deck of a home.
Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, Eastport neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, March 20, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Community service hours are available for HACA residents.
