January 30 – Eastport Working Together – 1014 President St
In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 149 calls for service and arrested 4 people.
Arrest for an Attempted Theft from Vehicle – 201800000315 – 1200 block of Thom Ct – 01/25 at 1:35pm: The attempted theft occurred on 01/25 at 8:30pm in the 2200 block of Bay Ridge Rd. The adult male victim saw a male subject standing near his parked vehicle and when he approached the vehicle the subject fled the area on foot. It was later determined that the subject entered the unlocked vehicle, but nothing was stolen from inside. On 01/25 the victim saw the suspect back in the 2200 block of Bay Ridge Rd and called the police. Officers arrived and located the suspect, Donte Boston, 29, of Annapolis. Boston was identified as the suspect who entered the unlocked vehicle. He was charged with rogue and vagabond and released.
Eastport Working Together
Harbour House and Eastport Terrace residents, neighbors, and government and community leaders are invited to attend an Eastport Working Together meeting on Tuesday, January 30th, at 6:30pm at the Rosalie Mitchell Community Center, 1014 President St. Everyone is welcome. Food will be provided and community service hours are available for HACA residents.
Hiring Police Cadets and School Crossing Guard Supervisor
