In the last 24 hours Annapolis Police officers responded to 115 calls for service and arrested 7 people.
There are no preventable Part One offenses to report this morning. Part One offenses are those incidents we report to the MD State Police and the F.B.I. These incidents include homicides, robberies, burglaries, rapes, serious assaults, and thefts.
Helping Hands Houston
Saturday, 09/09, help the Annapolis Police Department send a helping hand to the law enforcement officers in the Houston area who have suffered from the severe flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey. Donate to Assist the Officer and help cover our cruisers with handprints to show the Houston area law enforcement officers that we care. Officers will be downtown at Market Space and Main Street from 10am to 2pm and near the Phoenix Academy on Cedar Park Road from 11am to 3pm.

Howlin’ Hustle 5K
Join us at the 2017 Howlin’ Hustle, a 5K Walk/Run, presented by the Annapolis Police Department in support of Special Olympics Maryland. It is a 5K course around beautiful Annapolis on October 28th and is guaranteed to be a spooktackular good time. Registration will open at 6:30am and the 5K will begin at 7:30am.
