20170003689-Theft from Vehicle-Unit block of Hudson Street
The victim reports items stolen from his vehicle after it was towed sometime between Aug 26th and Aug 30th.
 
20170003691-Theft-Unit block of Jefferson Place
A bicycle was stolen from the victim’s driveway sometime between Aug 29th at 11:30pm and Aug 30th at 7am.
 
201700003695-Rogue and Vagabond-Duke of Gloucester St and Green St
On Aug 30th sometime between midnight and 7am unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. No items were taken.
 
20170003699 - Theft - 100 block Gorman St. 
Sometime between 8pm on Aug 30th and 1:30am on Aug 31st an unknown suspect removed the front passenger wheel and tire from a vehicle.

Submitting Anonymous Tips to Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland


Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland is an organization separate from the Annapolis Police Department. When you phone in or submit your Annapolis crime tip online or through the P3 Tips smartphone app Metro Crime Stoppers receives your tip anonymously and only forwards your tip information to the Annapolis Police Department. No identifying information is ever forwarded to us. Metro Crime Stoppers uses a special coding system to protect your identity, they do not use Caller ID or record telephone conversations. If your tip leads to the arrest or indictment of a person for a felony you could qualify for up to a $2,000 cash reward from Metro Crime Stoppers. You can submit a tip by calling 1-866-7LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587), visiting www.metrocrimestoppers.org, or through the P3 Tips smartphone app. The app can be found in the Apple or Android app stores by searching for P3 Tips.

Watch Your Car Program:  The Watch Your Car Program helps prevent vehicle theft.  A small sticker will be placed on your rear window.  This sticker alerts officers nationwide that your vehicle is not normally driven during the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.  The vehicle may be stopped to verify ownership.  For more information about the program contact us at police@annapolis.gov.
