Injuries: Fatal 

On 1/29/2023 at approximately 6:12pm, officers from the Annapolis Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian in the area of Aris T. Allen Blvd. and Chinquapin Round Rd..

The striking motor vehicle was traveling South East on Aris T. Allen Blvd. approaching Chinquapin Round Road when the pedestrian, who has been identified as Rhoda Cabauatan, crossed in front of the vehicle. Ms. Cabauatan was struck by the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries. Ms. Cabauatan was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The motorist who struck Ms. Cabauatan remained on scene and has cooperated with the investigation.
