22-23060 - Theft - Homewood Ln/S. Cherry Grove Ave
On 10/31/22 at approximately 8:17am, officers responded to the area of Homewood Lane and S. Cherry Grove Ave for a reported theft. The victim advised that someone stole her unsecured Nishiki mountain bike that was valued at $400.00.
22-23058 - Theft - 900 block of Bay Ridge Rd
On 10/31/22 at approximately 8:30am, officers responded to the 900 block of Bay Ridge Road for a reported theft. The store manager advised that a female entered the store and stole $226.31 worth of merchandise. The female was last seen leaving in a vehicle and was not located.
22-23082 - Auto Theft - 1700 block of Forest Dr
On 10/31/22 at approximately 2:48pm, officers responded to the 1700 block of Forest Drive for a reported auto theft. The victim said that while he was inside of a store someone stole his 2022 Jeep Renegade.
22-23090-Theft from auto- 200 block of Hanover St
On 10/31/22 at approximately 5:00pm, officers responded to the 200 block of Hanover Street for a reported theft from auto. The victim said that he parked his vehicle on 10/30/22 but left it unsecured. When he returned on 10/31/22 he discovered that someone had rummaged through it. The only thing reported missing was $5.00 in loose change.
Thanksgiving food drive
Each year the Annapolis Police Department holds a Thanksgiving Food Drive to provide a full Thanksgiving meal to our friends and neighbors in need. We are looking for bags of potatoes, bags of onions, jars of gravy, cans of cranberry sauce, cans of sweet potatoes, cans of green beans, bags or boxes of stuffing. cans of mushroom soup, french fried onions, and boxed macaroni and cheese. Thanks so much for your support! We are accepting donations until November 16th at the Police Department-199 Taylor Avenue.
