22-15231 - Theft - 1000 block of Bay Ridge Ave. On 7/15/22 at approximately 2:45pm, officers responded to a business located in the 1000 block of Bay Ridge Ave. for a reported theft. Store management advised that two adult females entered the establishment and stole two bottles of liquor valued at $97.00. The two females were not located.
22-15245 Burglary 100 block of Main St. On 7/15/22 at approximately 7:43pm, officers responded to the 100 block of Main Street for a reported burglary. The victim advised that she left her door open to her residence as she was unloading groceries. She later discovered two unknown juveniles in her residence. Upon contact with the juveniles they fled. Nothing was stolen from the residence.
22-15331- Theft- 700 block of Crisfield Way On 7/16/22 at approximately 1:27pm, officers responded to the 700 block of Crisfield Way for a reported theft from a vehicle. The victim advised that an unknown person unlawfully entered her vehicle and stole $5.00 in change.22-15371 Theft 100 block of Westgate Cir. On 7/17/22 at approximately 12:49am, officers responded to the 100 block of Westgate Circle for a reported theft. The victim advised that an unknown male stole her purse from a hotel room that she was in. When she left the room, she left her purse behind and the male did not allow her to retrieve it. Total loss value to the victim was $1,088.22-15379 Rape 1100 block of Tyler Ave.On 7/17/22 at approximately 4:05am, officers responded to the 1100 block of Tyler Ave. for a reported rape. The adult female reported being raped by two unknown men overnight. Detectives have been assigned this investigation, at this time there is no further information to release. 22-15441 Burglary 700 block of Giddings Ave.On 7/18/22 at approximately 3:53am, officers responded to the 700 block of Giddings Ave. for a reported alarm. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown suspects attempted to gain entry into the building by ramming the front door. The suspects were unable to gain entry and fled prior to officers arrival.22-15471-Theft-260 Old Solomon’s Island Rd. On 7/18/22 at approximately 12:49pm, officers responded to the 200 block of Old Solomon's Island Road for a reported theft. Officers spoke with store security who advised a theft took place at the store on 7/9/22. It was determined that a subject entered the store on that date and stole a portion of the jewelry case valued at $13,475. Watch Your Car Program: The Watch Your Car Program helps prevent vehicle theft. A small sticker will be placed on your rear window. This sticker alerts officers nationwide that your vehicle is not normally driven during the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. The vehicle may be stopped to verify ownership.
