Alcohol Compliance Check

On June 13th, the Annapolis Police Department conducted a compliance check of liquor laws at several retail establishments. During this operation, 26 establishments were checked for compliance. Twenty two establishments were found to be compliant, and four were cited for selling alcohol to an underage person. The non compliant establishments were issued a Control Infraction Citation.

8. Annapolis Gas and Car Wash 1824 Forest Dr.

9. Annapolis Wine and Spirits 1307 Forest Dr.

10. Safeway 1781 Forest Dr.

11. Citgo Ridgely Ave 210 Ridgely Ave

12. Walgreens 609 Taylor Ave

13. BP 910 West St.

14. Urban Market 1207 Forest Dr.

15. Chesapeake Market 502 S. Cherry Grove Ave

16. Chesapeake Pipe and Cigar 45 Old Solomons Island Rd.

17. Shop N Go 118 Hillsmere Dr

18. 7-11 980 Bay Ridge Rd.

19. Parole Liquors 2125 Forest Dr.

These operations were funded through a grant from the Anne Arundel County Department of Health focused on preventing or reducing underage drinking, youth binge drinking and/or alcohol related crashes
