22-12545 200 block of Hanover St - Auto Theft

On 6/13/2022 at approximately 7:30am, officers responded to the 200 block of Hanover Street for a reported auto theft. The victim reported that his 2007 Chrysler Town and Country was stolen sometime between 6/10 and 6/13.

22-12526 - Unit block of Randal Ct. - Theft from vehicle

On 06/13/2022 at approximately 8:28am, officers responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle that occurred in the unit block of Randal Court. The victim said that someone stole $2.00 worth of coins from her unsecured vehicle sometime overnight.

22-12531 - Unit block of Madison Place - Theft from vehicle

On 6/13/2022 at approximately 9:34am, officers responded to the unit block of Madison Place for a reported theft from a vehicle. The victim advised that an unknown person entered his unsecured vehicle sometime overnight. The victim's backpack was stolen from the vehicle. The backpack contained electronics valued at approximately $9,500.

Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland is an organization separate from the Annapolis Police Department. When you phone in or submit your Annapolis crime tip online or through the P3 Tips smartphone app Metro Crime Stoppers receives your tip anonymously and only forwards your tip information to the Annapolis Police Department. No identifying information is ever forwarded to us. Metro Crime Stoppers uses a special coding system to protect your identity, they do not use Caller ID or record telephone conversations. If your tip leads to the arrest or indictment of a person for a felony you could qualify for up to a $2,000 cash reward from Metro Crime Stoppers. You can submit a tip by calling 1-866-7LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587), visiting www.metrocrimestoppers.org, or through the P3 Tips smartphone app. The app can be found in the Apple or Android app stores by searching for P3 Tips. Watch Your Car Program: The Watch Your Car Program helps prevent vehicle theft. A small sticker will be placed on your rear window. This sticker alerts officers nationwide that your vehicle is not normally driven during the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. The vehicle may be stopped to verify ownership.
