Alcohol Compliance Checks

On May 23rd, the Annapolis Police Department conducted  compliance checks of liquor laws at several retail establishments. During this operation, 8 establishments were checked for compliance. Four establishments were found to be compliant, and four were cited for selling alcohol to an underage person. The non compliant establishments were issued a Control Infraction Citation.   
 
The following businesses were checked and were in compliance:

1. Lemongrass

2. Paul's Homewood Cafe

3. Tequila Sunrise

4. Westin Annapolis

 
The following businesses were checked and were not in compliance:

1. Carpaccio Tuscan Grille

2. Graduate Annapolis

3. Mi Lindo Cancun

4. Sin Fronteras Cafe

These operations were funded through a grant from the Anne Arundel County Department of Health focused on preventing or reducing underage drinking, youth binge drinking and/or alcohol related crashes
