Tobacco Compliance Check
On May 9th the Annapolis Police Department conducted a compliance check of tobacco laws at several tobacco retail establishments. During this operation, 24 establishments were checked for compliance. Twenty-one establishments were found to be compliant, and three were cited for selling tobacco to underage persons.
The non compliant establishments were issued a Control Infraction Citation.

Safeway, 1781 Forest Drive
Citgo, 210 Ridgely Avenue
Walgreens, 609 Taylor Avenue
Exxon, 1000 Forest Drive
Chesapeake Market, 502 S. Cherry Grove Avenue
