Alcohol Compliance Check

On April 25th,, the Annapolis Police Department conducted a compliance check of liquor laws at several liquor retail establishments. During this operation, 12 establishments were checked for compliance. Ten establishments were found to be compliant, and two were cited for serving alcohol to a minor. The non compliant establishments were issued an Alcohol Beverage Control Infraction Citation.   
 
The following businesses were checked and were in compliance:

3. Chick & Ruths' Deli

4. Dry 85

5. McGarvey's Saloon & Oyster Bar

6. O'brien's Restaurant

7. Rams Head Tavern

8. Red Red Wine Bar

9. Stan and Joe's

10. Tsunami

 
The following businesses were not in compliance:

1. Iron Rooster

2. Middleton's Tavern

 
 
 
This operation was funded through a grant from Anne Arundel, County focusing on preventing or reducing underage drinking, youth binge drinking and/or alcohol related crashes.
