22-04681 - Theft - 900 block of Forest Dr.

On 3/1/2022 at approx. 11:20am, officers responded to the 900 block of Forest Drive for a reported theft from a business. The business manager advised that on 2/28/2022 an unknown individual stole a fire pit from the business. The firepit was locked to a pole outside of the store and had a value of $350.

Submitting Anonymous Tips to Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland

When you phone in or submit your Annapolis crime tip online or through the P3 Tips smartphone app Metro Crime Stoppers receives your tip anonymously and only forwards your tip information to the Annapolis Police Department. No identifying information is ever forwarded to us. Metro Crime Stoppers uses a special coding system to protect your identity, they do not use Caller ID or record telephone conversations. If your tip leads to the arrest or indictment of a person for a felony you could qualify for up to a $2,000 cash reward from Metro Crime Stoppers. Watch Your Car Program: The Watch Your Car Program helps prevent vehicle theft. A small sticker will be placed on your rear window. This sticker alerts officers nationwide that your vehicle is not normally driven during the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. The vehicle may be stopped to verify ownership.
