Officer Arrested
An off-duty officer with the Annapolis Police Department was arrested in Anne Arundel County following an incident on January 15, 2022. He has been charged with first degree assault, second degree assault, and reckless endangerment as a result of the incident. The former officer, Dwight Forsythe, 26, of Odenton, is no longer employed with the Annapolis Police Department.
