21-34371-Assault -700 block of Newtowne Dr.

On 12/8/21 at approximately 5:47pm, officers responded to the 700 block of Newtowne Drive for a reported assault in progress. The reporting person said that a fight between a group of females occurred prior to officers arrival. After the fight broke up a male subject pointed a handgun at the female who reported the incident. No injuries were reported and the male fled the area prior to officers arrival. Officers canvassed the area but did not locate the armed subject.

21-34378-Theft-900 block of Bay Ridge Rd.

On 12/8/21 at approximately 8:39pm, officers responded to a business located in the 900 block of Bay Ridge Road for a reported theft. The manager of the business said that a male subject stole groceries from the store. The unidentified male fled the store without paying for groceries after they were rang up by a cashier and bagged. Total loss value to the business was $129.42.

21-34381-Theft- 400 block of Merryman Rd.

On 12/8/21 at approximately 9:20pm, officers responded to the 400 block of Merryman Road for a reported theft. The victim advised that an unknown person stole the nozzle from his garden hose. The nozzle was valued at $20.00.
