21-28937- Theft-200 block of Hilltop Lane
On 9/29/21 at approximately 12:57pm, officers responded to the 200 block of Hilltop Lane for a reported theft. The victim advised that an unknown person stole the front tag from her 2002 Toyota.

On 9/29/21 at approximately 4:30pm, officers responded to the 100 block of Old Solomons Island Road for a reported theft. The victim advised that he parked his vehicle in that area and returned approximately 1 hour later to discover his catalytic converter had been stolen from his vehicle. A
21-28954- Theft from vehicle - 700 block of Childs Point Road
On 9/29/21 at approximately 3:31pm, officers responded to the 700 block of Childs Point Road for a reported theft from a vehicle. The victim advised that an unknown person unlawfully entered her vehicle and stole a pack of granola bars and a six pack of White Claws.
21-28972 - Theft-1200 block of Graff Court
On 9/29/21 at approximately 6:49pm, officers responded to the 1200 block of Graff Court for a reported theft. The victim advised that a package was delivered and left in the lobby of the apartment building. When the victim went to retrieve the package it was gone. The package contained a velcro patch valued at $12.00.
21-28975 - Theft from vehicle- 700 block of Pearson Point
On 9/29/21 at approximately 7:43pm, officers responded to the 700 block of Pearson Point Road for a reported theft from a vehicle. The victim advised that sometime overnight an unknown person unlawfully entered his vehicle and stole a key fob. The key fob was stored in the glove box of the vehicle and was valued at approximately $350.00.
21-28995 - Theft from a vehicle- 700 block of Great Bay Avenue
On 9/29/21 at approximately 11:57pm, officers responded to the 700 block of Great Bay Ave. for a reported theft from a vehicle. The victim advised that an unknown person unlawfully entered her vehicle. The suspect rummaged through the vehicle and stole misc. clothing items and paperwork. Total loss value to the victim was approximately $327.00.
Administrative Hearing Board – Public Viewing
The Annapolis Police Department will be conducting an Administrative Hearing Board at the request of a police officer who disputes the outcome of an Internal Affairs Investigation. In accordance with Annotated Code of Maryland, Public Safety Article, Section 3-107 (e)(1)(ii), “the hearing shall be open to the public, unless the Chief finds a hearing must be closed for good cause, including to protect a confidential informant, an undercover officer, or a child witness.” The live feed of the hearing board will be held at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center at 273 Hilltop Lane, Annapolis, MD 21403 at 8:00 a.m. on October 1, 2021. All COVID-19 protocols will be observed. Individuals attending an Administrative Hearing Board must act in a respectful manner.
